Meet our Chief Academic Officer

Dear Richwoods R-VII Community,

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself as the chief academic officer here at Richwoods R-VII School District. It’s my pleasure to serve this learning community, where we are all dedicated to the same thing, your child’s education.

I have enjoyed my time getting to know many stakeholders in this community. I look forward to working with everyone in a new capacity for the district. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself. In 2007, I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Central Methodist University. I started my teaching career working for Ombudsman Educational Services as the director of the Potosi School District Alternative School. During my eight years working there, I went on to complete my Master’s Degree in Secondary Administration from William Woods University. In 2015, I started teaching social studies at Richwoods. During my second year, I was a part-time principal, in addition to teaching social studies. For the past three years, I have been the full-time principal and completed my K-8 administration certificate.

I look forward to the journey that is ahead of us. I know by working together, we can continue to grow your child’s education. We need to continue to build strong communication between school and home to make sure every child is reaching their full potential.

Sincerely,

Lindell Conway
